年紀過了二十五代謝好像變慢了,以前狂吃都吃不胖~~現在狂吃後就會凸肚子,可以捏起來那種=..=,過度狂吃會變成一圈...不過我算不上是易胖體質的,我是男生身高176,體重在55~57間遊走雖然我很瘦了,但有肥在肚子上會讓我很不爽~"~加上我不愛動超愛躺,每天騎機車上下班已經是我最大的活動量.
