減肥先跑步還是先重訓? - 健身

小弟目前為173/120,最近在上健身房,想問一下先以重訓為主還是跑步為主,因為聽朋友說過重一直跑步對膝蓋跟腳踝很傷,所以先從重訓搭配跑步來下手,請問各位大大這樣是否可以呢?
