我從1個月前開始有在慢跑跟仰臥以坐跟伏地挺身慢跑大概30分鐘左右中間有夾雜快跑不過ㄧ個月下來沒有體重沒有變輕還是維持一樣的體重我早上要上班晚上要上課所以時間比較緊湊我比較想減肥我170100希望可以受到70上下不知有什麼方法可以減肥加健身還是我做運動的方法有錯可以敎我正確的方法嗎?.
