我最近變胖了,我想問各位,怎樣有效的運動(一天多久時間、哪些體能ex:跑步、伏地挺身)才能變瘦,變的更高我目前身高160,體重50。請告訴我一天要多久的時間拿來做體能讓自己變的更瘦、更高飲食方面也提供一下,我都吃家裡的,很少去外面買來吃。(盡量不要給我一些藥品,本人不太喜歡吃藥,��
