我花了四個月減了14公斤期間都是少吃澱粉類,或是有一餐沒一餐的,每天會固定做20分~1小時的運動,前兩個月時都有在服用便秘的要來幫助肚子的素便清光光,所以體重從70減到56了,很艱辛呀!!!!!!!不過我覺得有值得,雖然一直被旁人罵和唸個不停,但是為了好看點我覺得沒關係然後後一個月的我只要一吃東西�
