之前胖到119公斤,如今已經減到80以內,請問減肥後皮膚鬆垮,該怎麼辦?重量訓練我有做了,還是沒有很大的效果?不知道開刀割皮要多少錢,有沒有健保補助,要看哪一科的?緊實霜...之類的都別來了,我已經用過了!感謝回答~
