請幫小弟我擬訂出體能的訓練計畫要很詳細!小弟我15歲,體力平平,跑100M要13秒,1分鐘仰臥起坐做50~60下,伏地挺身目前極限是63下,迎體向上目前極限是12下,跑1600M需要時間為8分XX秒(15~30)請幫我定全身都都能鍛鍊到但不用太多健身器材的方法我只有啞鈴、操場、單槓...等等等不要把我當15歲少年!盡�
