我已實行了兩星期的減肥每天只吃一餐大約都不超過五百卡而且每天都補充必須的維生素及蛋白質1000MG和魚油1200MG而且喝大量的水,3000CC.另外每天運動九十分鐘(游泳和跑步)這樣算很多運動了吧我從134LB.減到了124LB.可是從昨天開始我的體重已經沒有再減少了我這兩天仍然吃不超過五百卡甚至少於四百卡可
