減肥運動感覺身體衰弱 - 運動

我目前40歲了~~為了減肥我做了以下的安排~~已經持續快一個月了早餐~豆漿饅頭午餐~素食便當晚餐~青菜湯晚上會運動一個小時....有氧運動家伏地挺身50至60下(分開做)~仰臥起坐50至100下~~~假日會出門騎單車50公里至100公里最近總是會感覺力不從心...呼吸不順...全身怪怪的..說不出的感覺...感覺好像是血糖��
