很多塑身運動,例如抬腿,仰臥起坐等等...如果肌耐力不夠,譬如說設想要做50下的抬腿運動,但是做了20下就很痠,可以把時間分開來做嗎?就像是先做20下抬腿,然後做20下仰臥起坐,再做抬腿...這樣會不會影響該運動對塑身的效果呢?
