體重本來47公斤可是前陣子因為狂吃零食發胖到50所以下定決心要減肥,50-48,48-49,49-47,47-46一直瘦下去的危機,而且吃的也越來越少血糖血壓都有過低!!!!不愛運動所以只能靠吃少來維持,而且越吃越少到最後什麼都不敢吃!!!早餐總是麥片午餐沙拉晚餐好一點算正常可是飯量總是一兩口,現在早餐吃好一點果醬��
