我對運動不怎麼了解所以請各位大大幫幫忙早上先運動-在吃飯(運動前可以不吃東西??)(只喝水OKㄇ?)因為我沒錢買水果或其他東西(我該先讓精神恢復在運動??)(過多久??)過多久才能吃東西?(正餐)晚上先運動-在吃飯(我運動完多久再吃東西?)晚上先吃飯-在運動(我吃飯完多久才可以運動)會得請告訴我我想運動
