游泳後反而失眠,該如何解決? - 運動

平時我很少運動約12點~1點睡覺,9點起床入睡前會看點書最近每週三晚上會去游泳每次約1小時~1.5小時(20:30~10:00中間有休息)但每次游完泳回來,明明很累卻總是失眠1點上床,往往要滾到天亮才入睡並很容易被吵醒精神反而不好除了將運動時間調開外當睡前不小心過度運動導致的失眠該如何解決呢?
