最近想減掉肚子上的游泳圈..上半身看起來是還好但肚子卻..本身是有在健身但幾乎都已上半身為主本想說做仰臥起坐瘦小腹但好像先把體重減下來些會比較好或者早上先有氧運動晚上在做小腹運動有氧就想選擇跑步或游泳但游泳只會蛙式又聽說蛙式消耗熱量低想請問一下游蛙式真的效用不大嗎??如果是�
