如何訓練出明顯的腹肌?6塊或8塊都能我1~日每天早上起來都做50下仰臥起坐六跟日比較沒有...我是..40下之後休息在做10下我有伸展就伏地挺身的樣子之後貼著手支撐可是我做1個月了...感覺都沒成果0.0而且...我體重都卡在55~60之間都瘦不下來誰能交交我!
