我已經瘦到身上沒有肥肉了費肉變成贅皮了我還想瘦到68.673000公尺:14:475000公尺:28:51仰臥起坐1分:61下伏地挺身:1分:57下引體向上:30秒就衝到12下之後就沒力不拉了...因為我覺得3000要跑到12分,5000跑到22分只有60幾公斤的瘦子才辦的到請問要用甚麼方法就能在瘦4.5公斤因為我朋友也60幾公斤隨便跑都進12~13以�
