本人熱愛棒球但傳球速度很慢距離短臂力非常爛想請問有什麼方法可以訓練臂力有人推薦我上健身房但由於課業關係目前只能在家想問能不能在家做的目前大概只能做伏地挺身可是伏地挺身不知道要做幾下才能達到效果是要做到那種隔天起來會痠的那種程度嗎?聽說有痠才代表訓練到?請問專家了如果還��
