為什麼我晚間運動過後,反而容易睡不著 - 運動

我若晚上7~9點做完運動後,到12點左右要睡覺的時候精神都很好總是不容易入眠若是睡著也是淺眠,容易在半夜3~4點醒來,然後又很難入睡,第二天精神都很差這會是什麼問題?內分泌的問題嗎?真的是超煩惱的,..................Showmore
