單槓拉到下巴~放下來手沒有伸直的標準 我正手跟反手都可以拉30下如果是手放下來打直的標準拉法 我也可以拉14~16下左右雖然我體重輕(48~49公斤) 可是比之一般人也算很多了然後我的對手目測大概也才50幾公斤不到60 176~178比我高個十幾公分 只有練伏地挺身 大臂跟我差不多粗 但手比我長我還
