身體比較不好 想運動 但適時間應該都只能在晚上(上課 上班 所以只能等上班後)地點也只能在小房間 所以想請大家教教我小房間內可以的運動我想讓自己力氣變大一點 還有肌耐力好一點 跑步可以跑多點就久點不會一下子就累了= =所以請問我該做什麼運動呢現在我有做伏地挺身 仰臥�
