做完超標準的伏地挺身20下之後(下去吐氣上來吸氣腰桿水平慢慢做)超標準仰臥起坐40下+戀側腹積各6下隔天起來左手舉高伸直左臂部就好像拉傷一樣是過度嗎?有快速復原的方法嗎??
