我身高157公分,體重大約44公斤左右(應該算標準吧~~)我都有定期去健身房做運動,大概一星期去1~3次左右有氧運動、飛輪、Pilates、游泳、仰臥起坐......都會換著做我每天早上起來第一件事就是排便,每天都很順利,有時還會一早兩次爲什麽小腹就是沒辦法很平坦呢?我是很愛吃東西的人,尤其愛吃零食
