之前有朋友教說躺在地上(或床上)雙腳抬起呈約45度角O--/(大概像這樣吧!...),然後時間看能撐多久就撐多久,感覺到自己肚子會酸會痛就可以,自己實際做一開始覺得好像有效果(會酸會痛)撐個兩分鐘左右,後來我撐了5分鐘覺得肚子不太會酸痛了,感覺好像只有一開始有用後面就沒效果了,上來請教各��
