西門湯姆熊有一台"超人拳擊機"就是有5個關卡那個我打出來都只有95~100上下別人打都110~130上下重點是我平常都有在健身...一週至少去健身房兩次重量訓練鋼當完兵4個月單槓一次可拉8~12下(每天5回以上夜哨時會偷拉單槓XD)當兵休息時間會舉啞鈴7.5KG(20下)看電視或手邊沒事時會用握力器50下本人身高1
