我想要肩膀變寬偶而也常是做伏地挺身。不過胸部這部分似乎會變大==..我想加強手臂以及讓肩膀變寬(重點)但不想讓胸部變大這樣。(1)請問有什麼運動能達到這些效果↑?(2)我的肉幾乎都在下半身雖然肩膀不窄可是下半身較寬也很明顯。有哪些運動可以把下半身的肉剪掉?(屁股大腿小腿)跑步有效嗎?(3)吃��
