我已經產後兩個月了但是皮膚還是暗沉鬆弛肚皮也軟軟的我也有每天做抬腿L型運動了請問有何方法可以使皮膚不在暗沉?做什麼運動才可以在恢復以前的皮膚?請各位告訴我一下謝謝
