我是要問一些田徑的問題..主要是問短跑的...1.田徑為捨會分一些甚麼"調整期"訓練期"比賽期"等等..那些呀分那些要幹馬?2.短跑的選手他主要是訓練腳的哪裡?3.腳硬不好嗎?4.大腿.小腿主要是有捨功能(對田徑來說)5.要跑的快要靠腳的哪個部位?怎訓練那裡?
