男生瘦腰兩邊的肉肉 - 運動

如提~我是一個上班族每天運動的時間只有下班後晚上的時間我想請問有效的瘦腰部兩邊肉的方法我的身材不算瘦也不到胖的地步(身高162體重59)一個禮拜有五天會做重量訓練伏地挺身擴胸啞鈴,仰臥起坐最少50下起跳腹部雖平坦但是兩邊的肉怎ㄇ運動都消不掉這個問題困擾了我很久想請問各位大大誰能告��
