小弟目前身高:174體重:54竹竿人一個,想一邊增胖一邊練肌肉,基本上是絕對吃不胖的,體重只有在長高的時候才會增加,只是因為是窮學生,沒錢上健身房,買器材...........而且平常早上要上課我該如何規劃訓練呢?飲食該如何配合?有人說一邊訓練一邊喝"乳清蛋白"?18歲以下不能飲用嗎?
