我是學生173/58想請教健身方面的訓練菜單(當然只能在學校健身房)EX:胸推幾組啞鈴幾組...等等一星期大概健身幾次強度要多少?重訓是不是要做自己適中的重量做很多組還是要稍微吃力點的重量,可是有時候稍微吃力點的重量不能做太多組就不知道有沒有效?還有我一直想增壯,可是始終沒有成果,我想請
