本人我16歲183公分58公斤看起來很瘦弱所以想健身讓自己看起來壯壯的目前在家會做伏立挺身和舉啞鈴伏立挺身的話最多可以連續做20下啞鈴的話目前因為家裡只有12磅的啞鈴2個所以我都一手舉兩個大概連續舉個10下就休息在繼續每次健身時間差不多是30分鐘中途有休息仰臥起坐的話本人很爛腹部沒什麼力
