之前照到鏡子突然發現自己的手臂真的有夠瘦整個身體也是想說來練一些伏地挺身根舉舉啞鈴但是練了快一個月了手臂肌肉是有一點點線條啦-.-真的是一點點(但是是用力的狀態如果不用力整個都還是軟的請問1.瘦的人該如何練才能練到用看的也知道這個人很壯{有線條}2.該練哪些動作舉啞鈴好像有很多動
