如題,我想瘦身個人BMI大概30.出頭主要是想瘦大腿還有肚子跟臀部有沒有什麼效率高不易復胖的運動?個人在外求學還是學生,所以飲食控制只能做到不過量...我只想瘦,不想長肌肉,總之不要壯所以最好能夠有雕刻修長身型的效果還有不要花大錢買啥藥材還是器材等等的就這樣附註:學校有游泳池跟健身房,必
