我目前剛要升上高二可是因為高二的學業可能特別重所以學校可能會要求我們去晚自習到晚上九點才能到家我想說九點回家重訓完11點再上床睡覺但是聽說睡前重訓不是很好而且生理時鐘說9~11點這段期間應該要盡量放鬆尤其我是女生但我覺得高中生應該是一爬就倒很容易睡著然後睡前如果喝乳清蛋白補�
