目前是高三生睡眠問題一直困擾著我我不是一躺下去就睡得著的人Q1.上高中睡覺常常作夢,有時候一個晚上就是好幾個夢,聽說一直作夢睡眠品質會不好,是真的嗎??不過我也不能控制阿...而且現在有升學的壓力,因為要念書,所以總會拖到大約一點才睡,加上睡不著的時間就到2點了,會導致我隔天上�
