短期訓練胸肌和腹肌的問題 - 仰臥起坐

我本身因為骨盆歪斜的關係所以導致脊椎側彎也因此連帶的影響了胸部的輪廓,所以我的胸部左邊大右邊小,我希望能在短期內就能練出胸肌和腹肌,可是練腹肌的部分我不能做仰臥起坐,因為怕脊椎會受傷,所以我希望各位大大可以提供我短期內至少練出一點胸肌和腹肌然後不會傷到脊椎跟骨盆的辦法.還有,
