我有再練二頭肌腹肌胸肌是有一點但都不會很大我每天仰臥起坐200下伏地挺升70下不過腹部只有3塊肌缺一ㄍ線就6塊肌ㄌㄟ未甚麼會這樣我要6塊肌~~
