我現在國二為了要練出腹肌AND胸肌每天都做60下的伏地挺身AND60下的仰臥起坐兩的都不是很有效雖然胸肌有比較明顯但還是不滿意而腹肌則是都沒效果該怎麼做呢(我本來有小腹但現在比較小了BUT還是沒有腹肌)...Showmore
