各位大大好,我想問一些有關於籃球個人訓練的項目。小弟目前高二、身高178、體重64KG左右。想做一些有關於能幫助投籃、運球的運動。類似就像練體育要多跑操場。那投籃要不要做一些伏地挺身或是舉啞鈴之類,來增加自己的出手力氣?小弟有些課業壓力,可能每天可以練到1個半小時或是2個小時不�
