我175,6左右體重52多很瘦(吃不胖我吃誇張的多)高1升高2我國小中都沒打校隊高中才上校隊(乙組)控後我想要一份訓練單是我自己就可以完成而且應付的球技的訓練動作協調都尚可我想練急停跳投跟三分球尤其三分球都沒啥力投很吃力感覺用砍的有人說哪是心理問體其實是有力投籃的好像跟協調性有問題會
