小弟本人不既不是校隊、也不是系隊、而且是考生==!但是對籃球還是相當的熱愛,有空時間就打球,每個星期都去三次做重量,全身做,不同天做。那麼小弟的問題就是以下幾點:1.打全場的時候身體跟腳不會酸、但是心臟就會很喘,小弟有請教過朋友,朋友是說多做有氧運動,目前小弟已經訓練大約
