如題.....我希望有哪位專業的大大可以幫我開個菜單不要再是伏地挺身了......我每天做...可是我要更加的加強阿對了!還有就是每次跳投都跳不高.....要怎麼樣才能跳高我165而已必須跳高才比較不會被巴
