我今年國2我每天都有做伏地挺身目前20下X3組還有握5公斤的啞鈴揮拳30下X3組這樣能增加拳速跟拳重嗎有沒有人能給我訓練的菜單?(越多越好)因為我做了一個星期後怎麼好像越打越慢越沒力是錯覺還是方法錯誤?請各位大大幫忙以訓練的方法(拳重和拳速)為回答的重點謝謝20點:)
