請問小弟想要練腹肌是不是只有靠仰臥起坐來練那麼胸肌是不是要練伏地挺身小的每天都有在練每天仰臥起坐30下還有對牆壁伏地挺身30下可是都沒有什麼變對著牆壁做伏地挺身有用嗎?會有胸肌嗎?每天30下伏地挺身請問要練多久才會有腹肌??...Showmore
