如題!!!!我要練的是胸大肌,肱二頭肌,肱三頭肌,三角肌我的目的是要讓這些肌肉變壯,變大!!!我家沒有啞鈴,所以只能舉一些重物,還有做伏地挺身..1.請問一下我伏地挺身一天要做幾下呢??2.要做幾組??3.休息幾分鐘??因為我是唸體育系的新生,只是想讓自己更壯一點而已.我的重點就是我上面所說的肌肉群要變��
