我有在練地板動作我想練點肌肉讓自己好看點力氣又變大我是這樣練的:每天早上下午晚上各做伏地挺身10下(有分手擺的比肩膀寬ˋ一樣寬ˋ比肩膀小~一天做一種)和仰臥起坐35下和坐著腿張到最開,然後左右手一起碰一隻腳的腳指15秒,另一隻也是可是我做那麼久好像都沒差(只有肚子有變硬一點)是有哪個動�
