練力量、拳擊(15點) - 啞鈴

我179公分,94公斤可是我幾乎沒有肥肉,天生的力氣&骨架就大(我體力還不錯,百米大約14秒)有再試過舉啞鈴,舉重物之類的訓練,可是感覺進步幅度不大力氣也沒增加多少,那要做什麼訓練呢?還有還有,有想練拳擊,請問要做什麼訓練呢?我對拳擊是有一些些涉獵,可是懂淂也只是皮毛現在暑假
