問題1:我最近用啞鈴鍊二頭肌,結果隔天發現手臂無法完全伸直(伸直會痛),請問我該不該想辦法將它伸直?(例如熱敷)我發問時剛過48小時,左手沒改善但右手已可伸直且不怎麼痛了問題2:我想要練胸肌二頭肌腹肌,請問分別要怎麼練?(越詳細越好,因為我第一次練肌肉,所以專業術語我都聽不懂,盡量白話一點,能�
