由於上手臂及肩膀做伏地挺身時已經會練到為了比例協調的關係我想以啞鈴只舉到一半的方式(手臂垂直舉到快水平而不拉起)來把我的下手臂練粗一點請問這樣有效果嗎?或是有什麼方法可以使下手臂練粗一點呢?...Showmore
