我在家裡平時每天晚上都有在練仰臥起坐還有伏地挺身以及舉雅玲現在舉到30磅可是我很瘦感覺自己像根竹竿很容易倒的感覺有沒有什麼鍛鍊方法像是半蹲還是什麼的能夠鍛鍊自己下半身的穩度像是有時候跟別人吵架突然被別人推了一下有沒有辦法練到就是被那樣子推能夠不往後倒的能夠撐住不至於整��
